D365 - Extra money added to invoice in - Prices include sales tax Issue

There is 1 item for $45.00O on SO155690 in D365 (HUS). However, the cost at the bottom of the invoice says $45.01. There are no other charges so where is that extra $0.01 coming from? How can we remove it? I haven’t posted the invoice yet
so I’d like to get it fixed before we post.

Customer 31729 has "Prices include sales tax" = "Yes" on the Invoice & Delivery section.
In UAT, I turned this off for that customer and it resolves the issue on new Sales Orders for this customer. I reviewed other Chicago, IL customers and they do not have this turned on. I question why this is set to "Yes".
Turn it off and your problem will be resolved going forward for this customer.
You may have to turn the flag off on the sales order header also if a Sales Order was already in process when the issue occurs:
