This item shows in location 900000 but the system will not allow a picking list to be created. This needs to ship today for a down machine.

That warehouse doesn’t have any that are actually available for consumption. Looking at the transactions, it looks like one was consumed for a production order that has not been finished yet. That is why it shows that one is available physical.
