D365 - The quantity cannot be reduced. The number of inventory transactions on order is too low because the quantity or part of it is referenced by an output order or a production order or is marked against other transactions.

I’m trying to cancel an order and cannot….I have tried to decrease the qty via delivered remainder and it will not let me pick the order or cancel it and start over….please help…

Answer:

Changed the Call status to created, then cancelled the qty, deleted the line, set the task to READY, Finally, I cancelled the WO.
