Answer:
We have fixed this. This will be fixed for any new free text invoice for customer account 30930 that is created. "HM White" should no longer appear going forward.

The issue occurs when creating a new Free Text invoice for this customer, you need to go into the "Header" section and remove "HM White" from the Deliver Address section that is on the "Address" tab. This is what is causing it to appear on the document.
However, even though that delivery record is retired, I discovered that the Delivery Name on the Free Text Invoice will still pick "HM White".
To work around this, I did the following:
- Went to the customer 30930
- Went to Addresses tab -> Advanced
- Set view from "Active" to "History"
- Selected the HM White record
- Re-activated it
- Clicked edit and changed the "Purpose" field to "Unlading" (or anything other than delivery)
- Set the start & expiration date to 8/2/2023 (the past)
- Saved the record
- Created a new free text invoice and "HM White" no longer shows on the Free Text Invoice
That should correct the issue going forward.
Some backstory:
It looks like someone recently retired this delivery address from customer 30930 on 8/2/2023. When this was active, this is where the problem originated.
