D365 Customer Address Mix Up

Service (Mark Gilmore) has fixed this in the past. This usually happens when a service object does not have the correct address and the associated customer linked to the service object gets the incorrect address also.
All,
I just found another instance where the primary address of 1 customer (Paravis Industries – HUS # 23515) got changed to a totally different customer ( Wolf Works Mfg – HUS # 31186). In this case, the real address for Paravis was completely
deleted from their record.
And again, an invoice that was posted on 7/28/23 that had the correct name/address at that time, now has the wrong name/address when you open the invoice. I didn’t think that should be able to happen.
I just removed the incorrect address from Paravis’ customer record so we can get 2 other machine invoices posted. Please let me know if there is anything else you need to try to figure out this issue.

I found several service objects with the address incorrect for both customers. I saw you had deleted the Wolf address on Paravis.
When I corrected all the incorrect objects it had put the address back in there.
Eric watched everything I did. Maybe we will figure out why this happened and be able to fix the root cause someday.
