D365 - RDCE process failed for report error

Question:

User gets this error message:

The issue cannot be reproduced by another user.  Only this specific user has the issue.


Answer:

The users windows login has been changed in some way (Name change because of marriage, etc.).

You must delete the D365 account and re-add the user.  

Deleting the user account and creating them back again solved the issue.
