AX on Julie Thurston does not accept any keyboard input, she cannot update or start and search any information. All the other apps works as it should on her PC

Ryan, we have done that several times already, but have we just did it again and is the problem still with us. She can type in any of the other applications just not in AX

Have you rebooted Julie's PC? This sounds like a PC issue and not a Citrix issue.

The screen resolution needs to match when using multiple displays in Citrix.
1920 x 1080 resolved the issue.
