Jalal,

Download this tool provided and run it.

 ReceiverCleanupUtility.exe

Once the tool opens be sure to press the space bar or any key so it starts running.

It could take up to 5 minutes to complete.

After it has finished reboot the PC.

Go now and download Citrix Workspace. Citrix Workspace app 2511.1 for Windows - Citrix

Once you install Citrix Workspace launch the Citrix workspace app and put the server address

hurco-cx31.hurco.com then login with your domain credentials and open Axapta.

Did you receive any errors if so, please provide any screenshots.

Once you log in it will rebuild and allow you to click the applications.

Ryan,

Earlier I could not see the screen to select Axapta.

Now I can see them, but I can´t open them.

All those selections are frozen and can´t get opened
