You will get runtime errors, or the application will freeze unless you install the KeySpan Drivers here

Once installed you need to run the application that will assign the correct COM1 port it can be found on the local users PC -> C:\Program Files (x86)\Keyspan\Keyspan USA19H Driver\Windows 19H driver\K19HAsst.exe
