Having an issue with creating an RMA return sales order in D365. I am unable to select “Parts Return” as an Event Code. Can someone please assist.
Answer:
Service Manager sets up Event Codes.
After taking a look at this work order and its related service tasks, I discovered that the service object type, a Takumi U800, does not have any "Event codes" setup. I called Mark and he mentioned that he would take a look and set-up these "Event codes" so that you are able to select "Parts return".
