The item group is missing on the released product 8039900109 under the manage costs tab. Someone who has security permissions to edit released products needs to fill this in.
See screenshot 2 as an example, it has “Parts-PCB” populated.
When a product is created, it needs an Item Group. It looks that was missed during the creation. See screenshot 3.
