AX 4.0 - Incorrect Item Name showing on Picking List

One particular customer account that does not generate a picking list correctly from a sales order.
If you generate a sales order and then add a sales line with a part number and post the picking listCheck the pick list and you will see that it pulls through what ever text is in the text box (item text), not the part description.
Answer:
The customer has their language set to "en-us". This is causing issue. Set the customer account's language to be "en-gb".
After that is updated, create a new sales order, and this issue will no longer appear. The existing sales orders for customer 00018479 will continue to have this problem.
So please create a new sales order after this customer's language has been updated.
Customer's language is set to en-us. Basically, if the item has item text for that language, show that in the Sales.Name field.
Customer's language needs to be en-GB for this not to happen.
